Framework agreement for the purchase and supply of drinks to Zaventem’s public services and institutions (2026–2030)

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to purchase and supply drinks to Zaventem’s municipal services, schools, police, autonomous municipal company and public social welfare institution. Deliveries must be made to the specified addresses after receipt of an order approved by the municipality. The supplier must collect returnable empty packaging and check closures; only drinks consumed are charged, and unopened bottles are taken back. The inventory is not exhaustive, and other drinks may also be ordered following a price quotation. The framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier. The planned contract period is 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2030, with three extensions provided for. The estimated contract value is EUR 829,736.28. Bids will be evaluated on price (70%) and service (30%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 on 30 October 2026. The bidder must have annual turnover of at least EUR 150,000 in each of the last three financial years and hold valid civil liability insurance.
