Recurring food supplies for Svetlina Kindergarten

Summary

The procurement covers recurring food deliveries over 24 months for Svetlina Kindergarten in Plovdiv, divided into seven lots: fresh fruit and vegetables; preserved and processed fruit and vegetables, packaged foods and dry goods; milk and dairy products; meat and meat products, fish and eggs; organic food; bread; and dietary and gluten-free food. Deliveries are to two kindergarten addresses in Plovdiv. Lots 6 and 7 are awarded by direct purchase; bids in this procedure may be submitted for lots 1–5. Bidders must offer the full scope of each lot and may bid for up to five lots. For lots 1–4, the bidder must have a food business establishment registered to cover the relevant food groups; lot 5 additionally requires organic-production certification and registration. The bid must include technical and financial offers. For products in lots 2–4, state the product name and manufacturer or importer; for lot 5, identify the suppliers. Unit prices must be in euros, with no more than two decimal places, and must not exceed the maximum prices in the technical specifications. Lots 1–5 are assessed using weighted unit prices. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 4% of the contract value excluding VAT and, during the contract, provide an up-to-date wholesale price bulletin for the Plovdiv region.
