Robotics equipment

Summary

Kaunas University of Technology is procuring robotics equipment for the ATHENA project in four lots: one interactive assistant robot with autonomous navigation, one interactive social robot, one smart bionic quadruped robot and one humanoid robot. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots. The total budget ceiling is EUR 106,858 excluding VAT, with lot ceilings of EUR 11,024, EUR 6,160, EUR 16,652 and EUR 73,022 respectively. New, unused equipment in the manufacturer's original packaging must be delivered, installed and commissioned in Kaunas by 7 December 2026. The equipment must be tested and its operation demonstrated on site. A warranty of at least 12 months, warranty-period maintenance and fault correction are required; faults are generally to be remedied within 20 working days, or, if the equipment must be sent for repair, within 30 working days unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The offer must demonstrate compliance with the technical requirements and include the required product information. Tenderers must submit the European Single Procurement Document, and offers must remain valid for at least 90 days. Offers are assessed separately for each lot under the procedure set out in the tender documents.
