Screw, submersible and circulation wastewater pumps

Summary

Kauno Vandenys is procuring three pumps in two lots: two submersible wastewater pumps, one for a local pumping station and one for a grit chamber, and one horizontal circulation pump to increase water pressure in a thickener. The first submersible pump must deliver at least 162 m³/h at a head of at least 17.5 m, achieve at least 79.6% efficiency and have an IE3 motor rated at no more than 11 kW. The grit-chamber pump must deliver at least 65.90 m³/h at a head of at least 5.3 m, use a Vortex impeller, achieve at least 47.5% efficiency and have a motor rated at no more than 2.2 kW. The circulation pump must deliver at least 9 m³/h, operate within a 36–60 m head range and have a motor rated at no more than 6.2 kW (up to 4 kW at the duty point); an IE3 motor is required. The submersible pumps’ connections and installation must meet the relevant lot’s specifications for the existing infrastructure. All pumps must be delivered to Marvelės 199A, Kaunas, within three months of the contract taking effect. The submersible pumps must have a warranty of at least 24 months and the circulation pump a warranty of at least 18 months. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the price-quality ratio. Bidders must submit an ESPD, the bid form and technical information and documents demonstrating compliance; no bid guarantee is required.
