Quality criteria and evaluation

Summary

This tender concerns the quality criteria and how they are evaluated. The evaluation uses two criteria with a maximum total score of 100 points: price (C) with a weight of 80 and discount (N) with a weight of 20. The score S for each bid is calculated as S = C + N. The price score C is calculated as C = (Cmin / Cp) × 80, where Cmin is the lowest bid price and Cp is the bid price under evaluation. The discount score N is calculated as N = (Np / Nmax) × 20, where Np is the discount offered and Nmax is the maximum discount offered. Bids are ranked by S in descending order and the results are communicated.
