Isothermal vehicles

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of isothermal vehicles for units of the Romanian Border Police. A 24-month framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier, with orders placed according to need and available budgets for up to 15 vehicles. The estimated total framework value is RON 3,888,605.85 excluding VAT. Each individual order must be delivered within 180 days, and orders are expected approximately once every six months. An individual order will cover at least one and at most three vehicles; the largest individual order is valued at RON 777,721.17 excluding VAT. The bidder must be properly registered and demonstrate that, during the preceding three years, it supplied category N1 vehicles worth at least RON 777,721.17 excluding VAT under no more than two contracts. The tender must include the European Single Procurement Document and the required declarations. Tenders will be evaluated on price and technical quality: price is worth up to 40 points, and technical features up to 60 points in total. The technical scoring covers engine power, warranty, CO2 emissions, gearbox and parking assistance; the offered features must be supported by the manufacturer’s technical documents.
