Technical and economic design documentation services for Craiova Municipality projects

Summary

Craiova Municipality is procuring, under a 48-month framework agreement, services to prepare technical and economic documentation and design services for the implementation of the city’s investment projects. The procurement is divided into five lots: construction and renewal of civil buildings; healthcare buildings; landscaping and green spaces; urban regeneration; and road infrastructure and related structures. Tasks will be ordered according to the municipality’s needs and include preparing, revising or updating technical and technical-economic project documentation. The framework agreement has an estimated maximum value of RON 566,149,058.60, and up to ten tenderers may be appointed under each lot. Bids will be evaluated on price, key experts’ experience, and the approach, methodology, team and work organisation described in the technical proposal. Tenderers must submit the required declarations and technical and financial offers. Bids must be submitted electronically by 22 October 2026 at 15:00.
