Medical equipment supply for treating critically ill cardiac patients at Reșița Hospital

The procurement covers medical equipment and hospital furniture for treating critically ill cardiac patients at the Reșița County Emergency Hospital, divided into five lots. Tenderers may bid for up to all five lots. The estimated total value is RON 3,243,807.59, and the delivery period is 2 months. - Lot 1: 5 patient monitors and 1 central monitoring station; 1 biphasic defibrillator with pacemaker; 1 resuscitation trolley with kit and AED; 1 mechanical ventilator; 3 suction systems; 5 sets, each comprising 6 syringe pumps and 2 infusion pumps with a station; 1 electrocardiograph with trolley; 1 echocardiograph with transoesophageal probe; 1 portable echocardiograph; 1 portable blood-gas and electrolyte analyser; 3 hospital glucometers; 1 blood-pressure Holter monitor; 1 ECG Holter monitor; and 1 exercise stress test system. - Lot 2: 5 intensive-care beds, 1 medication trolley, 1 stretcher with an oxygen cylinder for a critically ill patient, and 5 articulated lamps. - Lot 3: 5 stethoscopes and 5 blood-pressure monitors. - Lot 4: 5 medical-gas outlets for beds, 5 compressed-air outlets at 4 atm, and 5 vacuum outlets at 200 mmHg. - Lot 5: 5 bedside cabinets with refrigerators, 1 medicine cabinet, and 1 medicine refrigerator. For Lots 1, 2, 4 and 5, evaluation is based on price (40%), additional warranty (20%), recycled material in packaging (20%), and user training on energy efficiency (20%). The warranty must be at least 24 months; longer coverage earns additional points. Cardboard boxes must contain at least 50% recycled material, and plastic packaging must contain at least 50% recycled material or be biodegradable or compostable under EN 13432. The proposed training must address how to adjust and optimise the equipment’s energy consumption. Price is the sole award criterion for Lot 3. The submission deadline is 15 October 2026 at 15:00. Bids must be submitted electronically, and every document forming part of the bid must bear an extended electronic signature.
