Purchase of five-seat electric cars

Summary

AQUATIM S.A. is seeking 19 five-seat electric cars. The contract also covers documents and items needed for acceptance, such as proof of compulsory motor third-party liability insurance, temporary registration plates and vehicle registration certificates, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of the electric cars during the warranty period. The estimated value is RON 2,299,000 and the planned delivery period is 75 days. Bids will be evaluated on price (40 points), electric range in the urban WLTP cycle (25 points), energy consumption in the combined WLTP cycle (20 points), and additional warranty for the traction battery (15 points). The minimum required urban range is 350 km; a range of at least 450 km earns the maximum score for that criterion. The minimum battery warranty is 8 years or 160,000 km, whichever comes first; additional points are awarded for the specified higher warranty levels, up to 11 years or 220,000 km. Bidders must provide technical evidence for the stated range and energy consumption. A tender guarantee of RON 15,000, valid for six months from the bid submission deadline, is required. Bidders must demonstrate company registration and authorisation to conduct the relevant activities. Bids must be submitted electronically through SEAP.
