Maintenance and inspection services for medical equipment under a 24-month framework agreement

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance, periodic technical inspections and corrective maintenance on request for the medical equipment of Cuza-Vodă Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinical Hospital in Iași. The equipment is divided into 14 lots, including neonatal treatment equipment, respiratory and monitoring devices, a microscope and a medical-gas system. Services will be provided at the hospital over 24 months under a framework agreement. The agreement may be concluded with up to three bidders, with subsequent orders placed according to need and available funding. Price is the only award criterion for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 15:00. Bidders must submit the European Single Procurement Document with their bids and meet the registration and healthcare-sector authorisation requirements; an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 certificate is also required for Lot 14.
