Air transport services

Summary

This tender concerns air transport services for passengers (domestic and international) to be provided to the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (UTCN). The contract will arrange and manage air tickets for staff and students under a framework agreement lasting 24 months, with an estimated maximum value of 5,000,000 RON. The award will be based on price (40 points) and a set of quality criteria: bidder experience in the field (20 points), existence of a Cluj-Napoca office (10 points), experience of the proposed contract manager (20 points), and experience of the assigned ticketing agent (10 points), with a total of 100 points. Bidder must complete the DUAE and provide the required documents; the procurement is open and the top five bidders will progress to the next evaluation stage.
