Summary

The tender covers the collection, transport and disposal of household, green and construction waste, together with separate collection of recyclable waste. The framework agreement is planned for 48 months. The estimated total value is RON 4,459,104 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of RON 4,017,600 for household waste, RON 194,544 for green waste and RON 246,960 for construction waste. The maximum value of an individual call-off contract is RON 743,184 excluding VAT. Bidders must submit the required European Single Procurement Document information and be able to provide the required registration, professional, environmental and waste-disposal evidence. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required. The submission deadline is 28 September 2026.
