Fair market valuations by an independent appraiser

Summary

This tender concerns the preparation of fair market valuations by an independent appraiser for real estate, land and forest lands, including the establishment of servitudes in favor of ESO EAD in connection with the construction/rehabilitation of linear energy facilities. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to three bidders. The estimated number of valuations per lot is: Lot 1 up to 11,500; Lot 2 up to 9,000. Price is the only award criterion. Proposals must comply with the tender notice and tender documents. The framework period is planned for 48 months.
