OPSL clean-space revitalization – Masaryk Hospital, Ústí nad Labem – DESIGN & BUILD

Summary

The tender concerns the revitalization of OPSL clean-space facilities at Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem, using a DESIGN & BUILD approach. The contractor must plan and execute the entire project: replacement of the existing clean-space modules with a new modular system; upgrading walls, passes and doors; replacing pharmaceutical glazing, floors, ceilings and lighting; modifying ventilation distribution and related MaR and electrical installations; implementing data distribution and climate-control systems; and installing water systems (including WFI), chilled water and clean steam, as well as other interior equipment and related works. The aim is to deliver a compliant, safe and functional modular clean-space system suitable for hospital use.
