Lithuanian language courses for foreign health care professionals (ASPS) – organizing and delivering services technical specification

Summary

This procurement concerns the organization and delivery of Lithuanian language courses for foreign health care professionals enrolled as ASPS participants under Project 09-030-P-0001. The objective is to enable foreign ASPS to integrate into the Lithuanian labor market and society by gaining Lithuanian language skills, practicing language use, and preparing for the state language proficiency exam (second level or B1). The contract covers non-split courses with approximately 30 participants (±30%), grouped by language level and the language of instruction (Russian or English); training is remote. Each level comprises 60 academic hours, with each teaching session lasting at least three hours, delivered in groups of up to eight participants. The service duration is 36 months from contract start, with a maximum budget of 54,600 EUR including VAT. The provider must appoint a course coordinator, ensure data protection, and report progress to the contracting authority. BEKM guidelines may be applied for placement and assessment of progress.
