Procurement of contrast agents in three parts

Summary

Three-part procurement of contrast agents for the National Oncology Institute (IRI). Lot 1 covers ioxitalamate meglumine-based contrast agent; Lot 2 covers iodine-based contrast agent; Lot 3 covers iopamidol-based contrast agent. The award criterion is net tender price (price). The process is open and conducted via the EKR system. The contract duration is 12 months with a unilateral extension of 6 months. For qualification, bidders must provide LOT-specific references: LOT 1 – at least 150 delivered units; LOT 2 – at least 4 references; LOT 3 – at least 3 references. References must be from the last 72 months (look-back includes 36 months before the invitation) and must include contracting party name, contact details, performance dates, product, quantity and value, and confirmation of compliance. If references are provided by a subcontractor, the portion performed must be stated. All evidence must be submitted through the EEKD forms. The contract requires delivery of new products and, during the contract period, the client may order at least 70% of the total quantity.
