Fossil purchase

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of fossil specimens for educational use, divided into four parts (I–IV). The objects are fossil collections intended for teaching biology and natural sciences, including corals, animal teeth, ammonites and brachiopods, plus plant fossils, with a minimum number of specimens per group and labeling in Lithuanian. The procurement is funded under the ESF+ programme and deliveries will be made to educational institutions across Lithuania according to a detailed technical specification. The contract will be awarded based on price and quality criteria, using EBVPD as the proof of qualifications. The bidder must submit EBVPD, manufacturer documents, and translations if required, and may bid for all or part of the four lots. The agreement includes delivery timelines, payment terms, penalties for non-compliance, and acceptance procedures; and includes provisions for subcontracting, confidentiality, and dispute resolution.
