Supply of auditorium seats and floor coverings as part of the renovation and improvement of the Bytom Cultural Centre building and equipment purchase project – 2nd edition

Summary

The tender covers the supply of 190 uniform auditorium seats, 60 child booster seats compatible with them, carts for transporting and storing the booster seats, and vinyl and carpet flooring. Transport, carrying-in and installation are required for the seats and flooring to the extent specified. The works must be completed within three months of contract signature and no later than 31 January 2027; installation is expected to start no earlier than 26 October 2026. Tenders will be assessed on price (69%), seat quality (21%) and the warranty period for the seats (10%). Bidders must submit the required compliance evidence, tender form and declaration of non-exclusion electronically by 23 September 2026 at 10:00.
