Threat assessments and advisory support regarding threats and unlawful influence

Summary

The contract concerns threat assessment and advisory support related to threats and unlawful influence. The supplier shall conduct structured threat assessments, advise affected individuals and managers, propose protective and support measures, and assist the municipality in dialogue and cooperation with relevant authorities, such as the police. The work is performed on an hourly basis as needed; no minimum volume is guaranteed. The contract term is from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2028; if the client does not terminate three months before the end, the contract will automatically extend to 31 December 2029 and 31 December 2030.
