Framework agreement for property valuation services

Summary

The framework contract covers valuation of properties and leaseholds along with related analyses and investigations. Assignments may involve valuations in urban environments and within forest and/or agricultural contexts. Valuation areas include encroachment and compensation valuation, expropriation valuation, land and real estate valuation, valuation of leaseholds, and valuation for sale or acquisition of property. A framework agreement will be signed with three bidders, provided that three bidders qualify.
