All-in-One computer systems (AiO) and Industrial Computers

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of 350 All-in-One computer systems (AiO) and 50 industrial computers, divided into two lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2). The contract duration is 36 months with an additional 120 days for delivery and testing. Lot 1 is valued at 2,504,337.50 RON and Lot 2 at 453,100 RON (estimates). Bids are invited under an open procedure. The award criteria include price (40 points) and several quality criteria: extended warranty (up to 60 months; up to 30 points), energy consumption (points allocated for Short Idle, Long Idle and Sleep; up to 20 points), and packaging made from recycled materials (up to 10 points).
