Climate-resilient living laboratory Podluží

Summary

The contract concerns the Climate-resilient living laboratory Podluží project, which aims to establish an open, modular EMOS-based energy management and digital services platform and to test and validate innovations across sectors such as energy, water, waste, mobility, and digital services. The procurement comprises three parts: I. EMOS Region Podluží – supply, configuration, data migration and training of the EMOS system; II. Energy consultant services including technical guidance and training; III. Kostice investment activities – integration of MaR/SCADA, PV, BESS and cogeneration units with the energy management system, with a 60-month service and maintenance contract. The estimated total contract amount is CZK 27,719,563.43 excluding VAT. Tender evaluation includes price-based criteria and additional technical, qualification and compliance criteria.
