Supply of generating sets for the Krośniewice Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the supply of two new mobile generating sets for the Krośniewice Municipality: one rated at least 40 kW and the other at least 79 kW. The equipment must be suitable for outdoor use, manufactured no earlier than 2026, comply with Stage V emissions requirements, and meet detailed requirements for voltage, control systems, safety protection, noise, fuel consumption, fuel tank capacity, weight, mobility and road approval. Each unit must be delivered with a CE declaration of conformity, a Polish-language operating manual, electrical diagram, Stage V evidence, warranty card, maintenance instructions and commissioning report. The supplier must provide at least a 24-month warranty, respond to service requests within 48 hours, arrange delivery, perform initial commissioning and provide free operator training. Delivery is required within 5 weeks of signing the contract. The tender is submitted electronically in Polish. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the offered warranty period for 40%.
