Repeat tender for a scanning laser vibrometer and automated modal hammer
Summary
The tender covers the supply of one complete system comprising a scanning laser vibrometer, an automated instrumented modal hammer, software, accessories, documentation, equipment configuration and at least one day of on-site training at Technische Hochschule Ulm. The laser vibrometer must have a frequency bandwidth of at least 200 kHz, measure vibration velocities up to at least 15 m/s, and include automated scanning, a 3D geometry scanner, camera, high-performance workstation and the required data interfaces. The modal hammer must support measurements with approximately 4.8 g and 100 g hammer masses and operate together with the vibrometer. Delivery must take place no later than 60 days after the order is placed. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 22 September 2026 at 12:00; variants are not permitted and the contract is not divided into lots. Price accounts for 30% of the evaluation, while quality and service criteria account for 70%.
