PKI-HSM meter security system

Summary

PKI-HSM meter security system tender. The objective is to procure and implement PKI infrastructure and a HSM-based security system and to integrate them with the existing smart meter framework (DEER MN/TN/TS) as well as future SMI solutions and the MDM/MDC platform. The bid will be evaluated on price and technical compliance; bidders are required to demonstrate technical and organizational capacity and prior experience with similar deployments, and to meet qualification and compliance requirements. Proofs must be provided via the DUAE form, and certificates for quality and information security management (e.g., ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) must be supplied.
