Maintenance and replacement service of HVAC installations in city buildings

Summary

The tender concerns the maintenance and replacement service of HVAC installations in city buildings across 27 sites of the City Administration. The contractor shall provide regular maintenance and, when necessary, replacement work for boilers, heat supply systems, air handling units, ducts and accessories, air conditioning and heat pump systems, air heaters, piping and related components. The service covers both preventive and corrective maintenance and includes also maintenance of electrical panels connected to HVAC installations and submission of regular thermography reports.
