Supply of spare parts and maintenance and repair services for the vehicles and machinery of the Municipality of Komotini

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of spare parts for the Municipality of Komotini’s vehicles and machinery, together with maintenance, repair, bodywork, tyre and tachograph services, for two years, with an option to extend the contract by one additional year. The spare parts include, among other items, parts for trucks, refuse collection vehicles, street sweepers, buses, passenger cars and vans, excavators, loaders, graders, tractors and motorcycles, as well as filters, batteries, tyres, hydraulic and electrical equipment parts, and sweeper brushes. The estimated contract value excluding VAT is EUR 685,460.22. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 13:00. A tenderer may bid for one or more categories, but must cover the entire group of vehicles and machinery included in each relevant category. A bid for spare parts must generally also include the corresponding maintenance or repair work. The award is generally based on the highest discount percentage; for sweeper brushes, batteries and tyres, the total category price is used instead. Participation requires compliance with professional activity, turnover, comparable contract experience, technical equipment, staffing and a Komotini office with at least one employee, as well as a 1% tender guarantee.
