Procurement of home services

Summary

The Oslo municipality, Welfare Administration, intends to award new framework agreements for home health services, including home nursing and personal assistance in the form of practical support. Services may be provided on a daily, evening and/or night basis or as a continuous 24-hour service. The procurement aims to offer high-quality, flexible home services and to ensure users have greater choice and long-term stability in service provision and funding.
