Framework agreement for the supply of fixed floor mats

Summary

This tender is a framework agreement for the supply of fixed floor mats to municipal buildings. Mats are to be placed at entrances and other high-traffic areas such as schools, kindergartens, municipal offices, health facilities and sports facilities. The aim is to reduce dirt, dust and moisture entering the buildings and thereby improve cleanliness, indoor climate and the safety of staff and visitors. The framework primarily covers the mats themselves, but also related matteservice including site assessment, design, delivery and installation. The contracting authority includes several municipalities and partners; the contract is with a single supplier. The contract period is 2 years with an option to extend for 1+1 year. The estimated total value is about NOK 14.4 million exclusive of VAT, with a ceiling of NOK 18 million exclusive of VAT. Award criteria: best balance between price (40%), quality (30%), and climate and environment (30%).
