EBVPD data package

Summary

This notice describes the EBVPD data sets included in the ZIP archive: espd.XML and espd.PDF. The XML format is machine-readable and intended for EBVPD-related procedures and can be reused in future procurements; the PDF format is human-readable. Both data sets should accompany public procurement documents or be included as part of a bid.
