Maintenance and operation of Nautila ticket machines

Summary

The tender concerns a maintenance and operation contract for Nautila ticket machines across the country. The supplier must operate and maintain the machines according to maintenance plans, including planned inspections, unplanned maintenance and urgent repairs. The contract aims to keep the machines in good working order until final decommissioning, expected to begin in early 2028 with final decommissioning by early 2029.
