Agroecological Zoning

Summary

The procurement concerns the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, commissioning, user training and warranty maintenance of an integrated information system for agroecological zoning in Croatia. The solution must serve as a national platform for collecting, managing, analysing, modelling, visualising and distributing agroecological data. It must enable the calculation of national agroecological zones, suitability assessments for agricultural crops, comparison of climate and development scenarios, centralised management of spatial and analytical data, a web-based GIS view, and data exchange through OGC and REST services. The work is divided into three phases: establishing the geospatial platform, developing the analytical system, and putting the system into production use. The estimated contract value is EUR 845,000 and the tender deadline is 23 October 2026. Tenderers must provide a EUR 25,350 tender guarantee and demonstrate previous similar services.
