Purchase of 6 medium-sized street sweepers

Summary

IVAGO is procuring 6 high-quality medium-sized street sweepers for street-cleaning operations in Ghent and the surrounding area. The basic contract covers 6 diesel-powered machines and an 8-year maintenance contract; a permitted variant consists of 6 electrically powered machines with an 8-year maintenance contract. Three machines must be fitted with a third front weed brush, while three machines must be supplied without that brush. The machines must be suitable for urban use and offer high manoeuvrability, compact dimensions, reliability, operator comfort and simple daily maintenance. Tenderers must meet the turnover and reference requirements, provide the required written explanations, and comply with the tender guarantee and electronic invoicing requirements. Tenders are assessed at least on price (50%), quality and sustainability (20%), and ergonomics and safety (15%). The submission deadline is 15 October 2026.
