Procurement of workshop and classroom furniture

Summary

The tender covers the supply of workshop and classroom furniture in two lots. Lot 1 includes 48 electrical workshop workbenches, 26 joiner’s benches and 39 heavy-duty workbenches. Lot 2 includes 255 two-person student desks, 510 student chairs, 20 teachers’ desks, 11 teachers’ tables, 20 changing-room benches, 200 upholstered chairs, 35 dining tables and 45 bunk beds with mattresses. Bidders must submit the completed pricing table in Excel format and as a signed PDF, describe the characteristics and origin of the proposed products, and prove technical equivalence if offering a product different from the referenced product or type. Previous furniture supply experience is required: at least 80 items for Lot 1 or 800 items for Lot 2. No contract security is required, but late delivery may result in a daily penalty of 1% of the net value of the missing products; a delay exceeding seven days may lead to termination, and the termination penalty is 30% of the net contract price. The minimum warranty and spare-parts availability period is 36 months from delivery.
