Supply of peripheral equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of colour and monochrome multifunction devices, SafeQ6 software licences, and a device monitoring and management system. The required equipment comprises 5 colour multifunction devices of type 1, 20 of type 2, 3 of type 3, and 30 monochrome multifunction devices. The contract also includes 996 SafeQ6 Embedded Print Management Suite licences, 90 SafeQ6 noEmbedded Print Management Suite licences and 2 SafeQ6 Embedded Enterprise Suite licences, the conversion of 100 noEmbedded licences into Embedded licences, and 24 months of software support for all existing and converted licences. The solution must undergo a 72-hour test. The monitoring and management system requires 36 months of software support, and the multifunction devices require a warranty of at least 36 months.
