Summary

The contract concerns energy-saving services using the EPC method for buildings in the Prague 5 city district. The supplier shall prepare a design for energy-saving measures, perform the necessary design work and obtain required building permits, supply and install the measures turnkey, prepare as-built documentation, develop a detailed operating manual and train staff, provide energy management services during the contract term and guarantee the achieved savings, and monitor results during the contract term.
