Contact Angle, Surface Free Energy, and Surface and Interfacial Tension Measurement System

Summary

The tender covers the supply of one system for measuring contact angle, surface free energy, and surface and interfacial tension. The equipment must be new, installed and tested, and delivered within two months of the contract entering into force to Kaunas. The bidder must submit an ESPD, a detailed technical tender and manufacturer-based evidence for all required parameters. A non-manufacturer bidder must provide a manufacturer’s authorisation or an equivalent cooperation agreement covering installation, training and warranty servicing. The warranty must last at least 12 months, and electronic invoicing is required.
