Summary

The procurement covers a framework arrangement for personal protective equipment in three lots: face, eye and hearing protection with a maximum value of EUR 246,000 excluding VAT, work gloves with a maximum value of EUR 110,000, and other personal protective equipment with a maximum value of EUR 50,000. The quantities are indicative and the contracting authority will purchase goods according to its needs; the initial contract period is 12 months and may be extended up to two times, for a maximum total period of 36 months. Deliveries must generally be made within 30 calendar days of an order and the tender must remain valid for at least 90 calendar days. Tenders are evaluated on price and delivery time: price carries 80 points and delivery time up to 20 points. There are no bidder qualification requirements, but bidders must demonstrate compliance with extensive technical requirements through manufacturers' documentation, declarations and evidence of conformity with the required standards.
