Comprehensive motor insurance for vehicles of the Ministry of Defence, structures directly subordinate to the Minister and the Bulgarian Army

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive motor insurance for up to 2,591 vehicles belonging to the Ministry of Defence, structures directly subordinate to the Minister and the Bulgarian Army. Of these, 1,939 vehicles will be insured for three consecutive one-year periods from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, while up to 652 newly acquired vehicles may be added from the date they enter service, at the contracting authority’s request. The estimated contract value is EUR 2,400,000. Participation requires, among other things, proof of total turnover of at least EUR 250,000, insurance-services turnover of at least EUR 125,000, previous insurance of at least 500 vehicles, and valid authorisation to provide insurance services.
