Cleaning services for 2026–2027 (II)

Summary

The tender covers cleaning services for educational institutions in the Váci area, divided into eight lots. The sites are schools and other educational facilities in Budakalász, Vác, Sződliget and Szentendre; the stated floor areas range from 50 m² to 8,400 m². The services cover daily and weekly cleaning from Monday to Friday in classrooms, offices, libraries, corridors, staircases, sanitary facilities, sports halls and other shared areas. The work includes floor cleaning, surface and sanitary disinfection, waste handling, cleaning of windows and doors, and seasonal deep cleaning; more extensive cleaning must be carried out four times during school breaks, with deep cleaning of sports facilities twice a year. The contractor must provide its own cleaning agents, disinfectants, cleaning tools, equipment and the necessary staffing. The contracting authority will provide hygiene consumables such as toilet paper, hand towels and liquid soap. The tender submission deadline is 19 October 2026.
