Supply of a portable electronic voting system for meetings of the Iasi County Council

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a portable electronic voting system for plenary meetings of the Iasi County Council. The system must include 40 portable voting units, 50 chip access cards, a card encoder, two LED/LCD result screens of at least 50 inches, two mobile adjustable screen stands, a charging station for 40 units, management software, one laptop and all necessary modules, switches, cables and connectors. The supplier must configure and commission the system at the Council’s premises within 60 days of signing the supply contract, provide at least two user-training sessions, and deliver technical manuals, connection diagrams, maintenance guides and operating instructions. Payment is due within 30 days after registration of the invoice through the Romanian electronic invoicing system. The estimated contract value is RON 180,165.29 and the submission deadline is 15 October 2026. The bidder must be legally registered for the relevant activities and submit the required ESPD/DUAE declarations and supporting evidence.
