Supply of active LAN network equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of new active LAN network equipment for Transportowy Dozór Techniczny: 9 48-port and 6 24-port Layer 3 PoE+ access switches, 6 compatible 10 Gbps SFP+ optical modules, installation accessories, cabling, management licences and five-year manufacturer support. The equipment must integrate with the existing network management and access-control environment or, for an equivalent solution, the bidder must provide and integrate a functionally equivalent management system with five-year licences. The contract must be completed within 180 calendar days from signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia platform by 18 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. No tender guarantee or performance guarantee is required. Participation requires at least two separate network-equipment supply contracts performed or being performed during the last three years, each worth at least PLN 300,000. The bidder must provide a supply list and evidence of proper performance. The bid must include the required eligibility declaration, price and assortment form, and, where an equivalent solution is offered, detailed technical compliance evidence. The equipment must be new, supplied through an authorised distribution channel, RoHS II compliant and covered by a 60-month manufacturer warranty and technical support.
