Summary

The tender covers surgical drape sets in three lots: an orthopaedic set for hip joint replacement, an orthopaedic set for knee joint replacement and a therapeutic angiography set. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots, and each tender must cover the full volume required by the technical specification for the selected lot. The maximum supply period is 24 months, while the quantities are ordered according to the contracting authority’s needs. The most economically advantageous tender is selected on the basis of price and quality using a comparable set price, calculated by deducting coefficients for compliant additional components and packaging solutions from the tender price; the lowest comparable set price is best. A company must provide technical documentation, evidence of CE compliance and standard compliance, and be ready to provide samples within 10 working days. Goods must generally be delivered within 10 working days of an order, and the contracting authority will pay for a compliant delivery within up to 30 calendar days.
