Maintenance, Support and Development of the NAIS System

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive maintenance, operational support and development of the NAIS application running on the SAMO platform. The supplier must provide fixed-price services including system maintenance, implementation of new versions, updates, upgrades, corrective patches and defect remediation, as well as ad hoc development, change requests, analysis and software development. The estimated contract value is CZK 32,876,033, with a planned term of 36 months from 1 January 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on the total price for fixed-price services (60%) and the total price for ad hoc services (40%). Electronic invoicing is required and a tender guarantee is not required.
