Summary

The procurement seeks a Satellite as a Service provider to host the SKAISEN edge-computing software on board a spacecraft for approximately 15 months of operational validation. The service must support an end-to-end workflow from sensor acquisition to real-time user insights across several user-provided areas of interest. Access to an optical camera with a ground sample distance of no more than 2 metres at 500 km is required; multispectral bands are desirable but optional. The tender must be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 10:00. The evaluated price model may not exceed EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, and electronic invoicing is required. Price has an 80% weighting and on-board processing capacity a 20% weighting.
