Procurement of hot meals for Tovarnik Transit Reception Centre

The tender concerns the daily preparation and delivery of hot food to the Tovarnik Transit Reception Centre. The service includes meal preparation, delivery in a compliant vehicle and containers, meal distribution, dishwashing, supplying serving equipment and napkins or paper towels, recording meals served, and collecting, transporting and disposing of food waste. The service must be provided every day, including weekends and public holidays. Menus must be changed in cycles of at least seven days, and the same hot-meal menu may not be repeated within seven days.
