Portal solution for managing parking permits (PPMO)

Summary

The tender concerns the design, implementation and operation of a portal solution for managing parking permits for the city of Olomouc. The contractor must analyse requirements, prepare the target concept, configure and launch the solution, migrate and test data, provide training and licences, and supply the required IT infrastructure. The service also includes maintenance, support, development, analytical and methodological services, and implementation of change requests. The solution must connect to public administration registers and other parking-policy systems and meet current legislative and security requirements. The estimated contract value is CZK 30,000,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 10:00. A tender guarantee of CZK 500,000 is required, and the tender validity period is 120 days. The award criteria are total tender price (60%), experience of a member of the implementation team (15%) and the technical solution proposal (25%). Electronic invoicing is required and variant tenders are not permitted.
