Winter maintenance services for purpose-built buildings

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance of access roads and traffic areas serving Orkland municipality’s purpose-built buildings. The services include snow clearing, gritting and re-clearing on roads, footways and cycle paths, pavements, car parks and access routes to municipal buildings. Snow removal will be carried out on instruction. Private roads, private areas and private exits are excluded from the municipality’s snow-clearing scheme. Particular attention must be paid to safe school routes, vulnerable road users and traffic safety. The estimated annual value is NOK 4,250,000 excluding VAT, and the estimated total value is EUR 17,000,000. The annual volume is an estimate and is not binding on the contracting authority. No apprentice requirement applies.
