Summary

The tender concerns architectural and interior planning services for the conversion of the medical centre at Weberstraße 16 and 18 in Wendlingen am Neckar. The existing residential use will be removed and the building will be adapted for medical practices, staff changing facilities, laundry, storage, archive and technical areas, with a possible server room and an additional storey.
