Mountrath Town Centre Public Realm Improvement Scheme

Summary

Laois County Council is seeking a single service provider to deliver an urban-planning-led multidisciplinary design team and PSDP services for the Mountrath Town Centre Public Realm Improvement Scheme. The assignment covers Stage (i), the town spatial strategy for Mountrath, Stage (ii a), town-centre design focused on the area shown in Drawing No. 100, and Stage (ii b), developed design and planning under Part 8. Design documents, drawings, surveys and reports must be provided to the contracting authority for possible use in later project stages. Detailed design, tendering, contract award, construction and handover will be procured separately in the future and depend on funding availability. The estimated contract value is EUR 200,000 and the submission deadline is 10 September 2026.
